We have an old farmhouse with some updated features, which could be included in the lease (three bedrooms). We will be giving renters a one-year lease. There is an old barn that looks like it would have housed both chickens and cows (probably); the barn has a new metal roof and open second story hayloft. We own property nearby that has a much larger orchard that we could also make available. I believe the farm would be best suited for intensive vegetables in hoophouses, with maybe some chickens and goats. The soil is quite moist and will need work.
