Presently hayfields are rented to a neighbor farmer. There are several additional acres of grazing suitable for goats and or raising vegetable/herb/berry crops. Must be organic, prefer biodynamic. If a good match the possibility is there for rental of 45 acres of hayfields as well with a long term lease. Barn used to house aprox 45 cows with hay storage and silo Attached milk room, no tank. Sugar bush and shack. Much wood land. Buildings need some maintenance and will consider lower rent for first year in exchange. On a quiet country road. We are 3rd generation and the intention is to keep it an intact farm, for future generations. No one in family at present to farm it.
