Eduardo has been the Associate Director at New Entry Sustainable Farming Project (New Entry) since August 2024. Born and raised in a Mexico City, which has a strongly rooted food culture, he was very curious about food systems from a young age and saw the world as revolving around food. He knew he wanted to make food more sustainable, relevant and accessible for everyone.
