Lauren has spent the past 3 years working with Farmers in the Northeast to help them grow their businesses, develop their brands and strengthen relationships with their customers. She loves hearing Farmers’s stories, priorities and challenges with their business, and helping their Farm business be successful while improving their communities access to locally produced food.

Brianne Casadei (aka Farmer Brie), directs Terra Firma Farm, a diversified pasture-based livestock and poultry farm located in North Stonington, Connecticut. Using environmentally sustainable practices and alternative energy inputs, her Farm produces 100% grass-fed milk & beef, heritage breed pork, broiler chickens, layer chickens, specialty poultry, and rabbits all on pasture. They sell direct at their farm in Stonington and wholesale to local restaurants and coops in Connecticut. Brie utilizes Barn2Door to sell her products online, offer subscriptions and streamline her delivery program to make it easy for customers to get her high-quality farm goods.
