2019 Conference registration fees:

  • Early bird rate full 2 days: $285 + $15 processing fee = $300 pp
  • Regular rate full 2 days: $325 + 16 processing fee = $341 pp
  • Field trips and pre-conference intensives (Monday only) ranging from estimated $50 - $100 pp


  • The room rate at the Savannah Hyatt will be $174/night this year

Conference dates:

Monday, December 9th: pre-conference sessions, field trips

Tuesday, December 10th: workshops, keynote presentation, conference reception

Wednesday, December 11th: workshops, plenary panel, conference wraps up by 3pm


A limited amount of funding will be available to provide conference registration and lodging assistance to individuals/groups with very small budgets based on need. The scholarship application period will be open for approximately 4 weeks. Please sign up here to receive alerts.

We anticipate receiving many more scholarship applications than we have funding for, and encourage groups to reach out to your local community foundations or other sources for support in traveling to and attending the conference.

Scholarship awards MAY cover full or partial conference registration fees, lunch, a ticket to the reception, and/or lodging. Travel costs or additional conference fees such as field trips or pre-conference sessions are typically not included.

Who Should Apply:

We will prioritize the following groups/individuals for scholarship awards:
-Farmers/farmworkers/farm service organizations
-Persons of color

-Youth (age 22 and under)
-Food service workers
-CFP grantees
-Those living on low incomes
-Staff or volunteers from organizations with small budgets
-Our conference presenters who may need assistance
