Cranberry Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1/4 tsp five spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Cook cranberries, onion, water and both sugar over medium-high heat until softened about 10 minutes

Puree with mustard, five spice powder and salt
