National FIELD School

This annual conference brings together organizations from across the U.S. and Canada that are committed to building resilient farming communities, empowering new farmers, and ensuring equitable access to sustainable agriculture to participate in workshops, networking, and peer-to-peer learning on running successful incubator and apprenticeship programs.  

Each year New Entry hosts FIELD School in a different community to foster regional equity and honor diverse lands and climates. 

Attendees exchange ideas, build relationships, and visit local farms to see training programs in action. We gather to strengthen training programs and improve outcomes for thousands of farmers nationwide.
